In 2011, she established her first company in the field of public relations and campaign management for public organizations, local authorities, and associations, when she was 24 years old. Over the years, the company expanded its scope of activities to the national arena, where it has been engaged in publicity campaigns, strategic consulting, public policy design, and government relations.
For two years, Netali volunteered as CEO of organizations representing the self-employed, including the Union of the Self-employed and the public organization I am Shulman.
